Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and reliable individual to join our roasting team and

grow with us. This position involves hands-on work in coffee roasting, packaging, and

shipping, with opportunities for growth and direct mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coffee Roasting:* Assist in the roasting process, monitoring and adjusting roast

profiles to achieve optimal flavor and quality.

• Packaging Orders:* Package roasted coffee beans for orders, ensuring accuracy

and adherence to our quality standards.

• Shipping and Delivery:* Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and

dating

• Inventory Management:* Help maintain inventory levels for green coffee and

packaging materials; communicate any items approaching low levels

• Cleanliness and Maintenance:* Keep the roasting and packaging area clean

and well-maintained

• Learning and Growth:* Engage in training and mentorship opportunities to

develop skills in coffee roasting and broader operational responsibilities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
