82nd Street Academics has a great part-time opportunity for a staff member who enjoys assisting and aiding Lead Teachers and teachers' assistants with students. The position starts at 8:00 am and works 6.5 hours Monday - Friday.
The program is located in Jackson Heights. Rate of Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour depending on previous experience and related education.

Education and Experience:
- 30 credit College Minimum
- Experience working with the School-Age group in a professional setting
- Commitment to the program through the end of June is a non-negotiable requirement
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, Bengali, or English is preferred
- Knowledge of classroom management skills in working with children
- Commitment to delight and empower students
- Takes personal accountability for the program outcomes and takes initiative to implement positive change in the face of challenges
