What are the responsibilities and job description for the Early Childhood Teacher Aide position at Wings Early Childhood Center?
About us
Wings Early Childhood Center, Nature-Based Facility
As a Wings break aide, you will be creating loving bonds with children ages 1-5 by covering each classroom as needed throughout the day. The break aide position will help ensure all staff receive their daily breaks, and have an opportunity to interact with multiple age groups and classrooms. This position is perfect for someone with little experience in childcare, but who wants to learn more and expand their qualifications, or determine if this field of work is a good fit for them.
We are a nature-based facility that teaches children how to connect with their natural environments and each other. You will be responsible for the safety, cleanliness, and learning environment of all classrooms as well as the safety and learning of each child. At Wings, we allow children to openly create, explore, and discover natural materials while nurturing their needs and interests.
We are excited to add more classrooms to our center, beginning in September 2024. To make this possible, we must add more wonderful people to our team!
