What are the responsibilities and job description for the Early Childhood Floater Teacher position at Wings Early Childhood Center?
About us
Wings Early Childhood Center, Nature-Based Facility
Wings is expanding, and we are looking a preschool floater teacher to join our team! The floater teacher will work in our two preschool classrooms, with children ages 3-5 years old.
Being a nature-based facility, we will be actively searching for people who have an interest in the outdoors, who are very active, and who can think outside the box!
As a Wings teacher, you will be creating loving bonds with children ages 3-5. We are a nature-based facility that teaches our children how to connect with their natural environments and each other. You will be responsible for the safety, cleanliness, and learning environment of your classroom as well as the safety and learning of each child. At Wings, we allow children to openly create, explore, and discover natural materials while nurturing their needs and interests.
It will be your responsibility to follow our school's philosophy and nature-based curriculum by lesson planning and participating in professional development training. All our teachers work four 10-hour shifts with an extra weekday off (meaning our teachers have a three-day weekend every other week!) We are so excited to add more wonderful people to our team!
