Job Description:
- Work on process and product reliability on Broadcom's diverse product portfolio
- Develop layout/test structures for on-die monitoring of MEOL and BEOL process health; Analyze data/trends for early flag of any process excursion issues.
- Review foundry process qualification and process reliability monitoring data on a regular basis
- Analyze PFA on product reliability-related and process excursion-related issues
- Disposition of materials with reliability concerns (due to design overlook, process issue, or customer-specific reasons)
- Generate product FIT/MTBF reports.
- Attend new product kick-off/ pre-tapeout meetings to review reliability checks.
- Good understanding of reliability failure mechanisms and modeling of the same
- Experience with Cadence tools for the layout of test structures
- Good reliability statistics and data analysis skills
- Experience on advanced process nodes
- Bachelors 8 years of related experience. At this level, a post-graduate degree typically expected
- Or Masters degree 6 years of experience
- Or PhD 3 years of experience

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $107,000 - $171,000
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
