Industrial Engineer Intern - Summer 2025 
Full-Time/Part-Time & Paid Internship
Location: Sylacauga, Alabama 
Program Length: Summer (12-16 Weeks)

Your Role:
Project Overview & Deliverables: This project will enable communication and a clear understanding of critical KPIs to help areas and operators understand operating outputs vs targets. The goal is to build an understanding of critical KPIs for each area, develop a standardized dashboard for all areas (applying minimum requirements) and build final dashboard concepts.

Project Learning Objectives:
Exposure to an industrial site and how it operates
Exercise communication skills
Gain experience in building Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and their potential impact
Training in the area of safety, production, and continuous improvement
Ideal Candidates Are:
    •     Pursuing a degree in: Relevant field, e.g., engineering (industrial preferred)
    •    Strong oral and written communication skills.
    •    Problem Solvers: Enjoy collaborating to tackle challenges.
    •    Leaders: Demonstrate leadership in various settings, such as school clubs, sports teams, or work projects.
    •    Authorized to Work in the U.S.
    •    Able to pass a drug screen and background check.
