About the Role
Basic Purpose:
Primary focus is managing and processing Tool Room requests as primarily needed & maintained for IG (Industrial Gear Facility) stock and/or specific customer requests. Technician will also perform additional Tool Room related functions as required by Supervisor.
Pay: $24/hr
Shift: 1st Shift

- Experienced in SAP with the ability to reach Advanced levels of operation.
- Must have inventory and logistic related knowledge.
- Experienced in Excel with the ability to reach Advanced levels of operation, specifically – formulas and array based functions.
- Ability to understand the basics of CAD drawings, specifically – DOXIS.
- Ability to efficiently multitask.
- Must be able to communicate effectively.
- Must work and perform well with others.
- Ability to organize workload for timely accomplishment of work.
Top Actual Tasks for this position:
- Assure an accurate IG Maintenance inventory in Hänel and SAP.
- Stock and issue incoming IG Maintenance supplies and parts, and barcode as needed.
- Inspect all magnets and lifting tools & fixtures in IG and Assembly.
- Creating, maintaining, and scheduling tool room production orders for special part requests
- Multi-site inventory involvement and maintenance via SAP
- Sourcing and purchasing raw material(s)
- Developing, managing, and/or maintaining associated files and other documentation related to the Tool Room / IG & USA-CANADA Assembly centers.
A 10% shift premium is paid for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
