We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Night Audit Hotel Representative to join our team. In this overnight front desk role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for auditing daily transactions, addressing guest inquiries, and preparing the hotel for the next day's operations.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests during overnight hours.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Answer phones, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise during the night.
- Manage wake-up call requests and other guest service needs.
- Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing daily transactions and running financial reports.
- Verify and reconcile all daily front desk financial transactions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless shift transitions.
- Attend front office meetings as required to stay informed about hotel policies, procedures, and updates.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service, preferably in a hotel front desk or night audit role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle guest issues with professionalism.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer skills.
- Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
