We are looking to fill an Outside sales position with an extremely creative brand agency. This position is for an organized and experienced Outside Sales Representative to initiate contact with potential and existing clients and create tailored-fit proposals that will meet customer’s needs. The Outside Sales Representative's responsibilities include traveling assigned territories (roughly 35 miles around the Gulf Shores area) to directly meet with potential and current clients to discuss their marketing goals, showcase brand development, website and/or social media creative, negotiate sales contracts, and inform them of new product and service releases and updates.
- Attend local events and college trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers
- Follow industry trends and community leads to identify new opportunities for potential sales
- Generate and submit sales reports to the management
- Find prospects via cold calling and emailing that need Brand Development, Website development and Social Media Marketing
- Pursue inbound leads
- Maintain a high level of activity – calls, presentations, proposals, etc.
- Research target accounts, identify key contacts, and develop account-specific strategies
- Collaborate with multiple team members within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Prepare for and deliver relevant sales presentations
- Manage the complete sales process across all stages and document activity in our database
- CLOSE business
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Attend local events and college trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers
- Follow industry trends and community leads to identify new opportunities for potential sales
- Generate and submit sales reports to the management
This is a hybrid remote position. However, in-territory residence is a MUST - candidates must reside around Gulf Shores, AL area.
Requirements:
- This is a hybrid remote position. However, in territory residence is required.
- 2 years of outside sales experience
- Must be self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision
- Computer knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn other database applications
- Detail oriented and reliable
- Solid interpersonal skills; a friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
- Flexibility with working hours
- Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing
- Must have access to a motor vehicle
- Travel required - about 60% travel
- Demonstrated desire to pursue and close business
- Ability to communicate and collaborate as part of a team
