About the Role:
As a Ping Pong Camp Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our summer camp operations by assisting coaches and engaging with kids in a fun, structured environment. This is a great opportunity for high school students or young adults looking to gain coaching experience, volunteer hours, or a rewarding summer job in sports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rally and engage with kids during practice sessions
- Operate the multi-ball feeding system to support drills
- Assist lead coaches with training activities and games
- Help coordinate daily camp flow and small group sessions
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of all campers
- Provide guidance and encouragement to young players
What We’re Looking For:
- Intermediate level of table tennis skills and knowledge of the sport
- Strong interest in youth development and sports education
- Responsible, calm under pressure, and confident working with children
- High school age or older (preferred)
