The Maintenance Mechanic I is a member of the Corporate Facilities Team and works in both owned and leased Corporate Office spaces. This role entails maintaining the mechanical areas, common spaces, and office/cubicle areas through responsive, accurate, and efficient maintenance. The Maintenance Mechanic I will accomplish this by performing straightforward tasks that involve applying general maintenance and repair techniques, as well as using various materials, tools, and equipment.

Compensation:
Commensurate with experience starting at $24.00/hour, plus eligibility for an annual bonus
How you will make an impact:
Must possess a working knowledge of building maintenance to include, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, flooring and appliances.
Must have working knowledge of HVAC systems.
Must be able to effectively communicate with Corporate Staff and Teammates.
Must function under general supervision
What you will need:
Should possess 2-3 years of maintenance experience in commercial building construction or maintenance.
