Full job description
- Developing mid to high residential builder and interior designers. We would like for you to begin with our existing customers and grow these accounts using your sales abilities and product knowledge.
- Manage walk in customer business, development of walk in business.
- You are asked to attend showroom, sales and management meetings.
- Assist with the appearance of the Showroom through keeping samples put away and your work area kept neat and organized.
- Assist with labeling incoming samples and merchandising these samples.
- You are required to complete certain paperwork, such as selections documents, pricing worksheets and tile installation drawings.
- Continue your product education through out your career by attending training sessions.

Qualifications
- Energetic, positive, business dress, alert
- Has experience with tile and natural stone products
- Understands selling to the professional as well as the public
- 1 or more years selling on the floor of a design showroom
- Fluent in English
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Illustrator , Internet
- Demonstrates a good eye for color and recall different colors in tiles or stones
- Can work with high end as well as mid to low products
- Works well with others in a team environment
- Good in math, computing discounts, mark-ups, margins
- Likes working in a multi-task environment
- Knowledge of LTL freight
- Knowledge of ceramic tile and trim
- Knowledge of natural stone, granite, marble, limestone
Reads Design magazines uses the Internet for research
