Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and highly organized logistics professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with key customers, managing carrier partnerships, and ensuring seamless domestic and international shipping operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and expand relationships with key customers.
- Develop and oversee partnerships with specialized equipment carriers, drayage carriers, and dry van carriers.
- Monitor and report on domestic and international shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain strong communication with customer service and operations teams.
- Track shipments, collaborate with drivers, and proactively address potential delays.
- Partner with leadership and pricing teams to identify and pursue new customer opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage, with expertise in flatbed, specialized equipment, open deck, and dry van operations.
- Preferred experience working with DHS, FEMA, or DOD.
- In-depth knowledge of truckload shipping and the transportation industry.
- Strong negotiation, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and related tools.
- A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus but not required.

- Target Start Date: Monday, February 3rd, 2025
- Compensation: Salary
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (some weekend work as needed)
