Position Overview :
As a Graphic Designer at 8z, you will play a key role in shaping our brand identity and driving our marketing initiatives forward, helping lead the design process from concept to execution. Our Design Team services not only the brokerage as a whole, but the evolving needs of our agents and their listings. This is an opportunity for a passionate and talented designer to make a significant impact in the real estate industry and furthering our vision of building stronger Colorado communities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing collateral and communications.
- Create stunning designs for a wide range of digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, website graphics, signage, and more.
- Design visually compelling property postcards, brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials that highlight the unique features of each home and capture the attention of potential buyers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and strategies for new initiatives and projects.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time.
