Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Enrollment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating the enrollment process for our clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with medical/insurance standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Enter plan participant enrollments, changes and termination into Benefit Mgmt. system
2. Review late enrollment forms for completion and ensure appropriate procedures are followed.
3. Create monthly billing reports and apply any necessary adjustments due to late enrollee updates or rate errors.
4. Review work status forms for eligibility under the plan in conjunction with the stop loss department
5. Complete address corrections, and manual eligibility updates for prescription drug coverage when applicable.
6. Update Benefit Mgmt. system with COBRA participant eligibility
7. Back-up for COBRA Administration during time of need to allow for PTO
8. Review and update output from electronic Enrollment systems.
9. Understand eligibility requirements such as Leave of Absence, FMLA, COBRA
10. Update Carrier eligibility portals
11. Regular and reliable attendance

Qualifications: Education and Experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
