Internal Marketing Communications Internship
Position Summary: Clayton offers a multitude of different opportunities through our Summer Internship Program. The Clayton Summer Internship Program challenges students to think critically and analytically within their field of study while allowing them direct, hands-on working experience.
Internship Program Details:
- Internships are paid, full-time, hourly positions.
- Internship dates are May 19th – August 8th 2025
- Internships include several professional development workshops and opportunities for networking with other interns across Clayton's various lines of business.
- Interns will facilitate a presentation of their Summer project to Clayton Senior Leadership at the completion of their internship.
What you will do:
- Assist in the development of the company-wide communications strategy including:
- Building a new homepage
- Creating a news channel
- Developing content etc.
- Support the implementation of Clayton’s new brand positioning outcome
What skills you will learn or develop:
- Strategic communications experience in a corporate setting
- Writing/Editing Content
- Creating and executing an internal communications plan
- Developing creative assets (graphics, video, webpages, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Must be a junior, senior majoring in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent presentation skills required.
- Some experience in content creation, writing, strategic communications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to learn new technology
- Graphic design, social media, video filming/editing a plus
