Digital Marketing Specialist
What you will do
The Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS) will drive revenue growth through developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive online traffic, generate conversions, grow the client account, and enhance brand visibility for a variety of clients. The DMS will collaborate with the Sr. DMS and/or Digital Marketing Supervisor to plan digital marketing strategies to achieve client’s marketing objectives. Once the marketing plan is approved the DMS will execute planned strategies across digital channels. The DMS will collaborate with internal stakeholders to monitor, report, optimize, and modify the client’s digital marketing campaigns to achieve their marketing objectives.
What to expect
· Daily SEM management of assigned accounts
· Execute digital marketing campaigns to the target audience that aligns with client’s marketing objective
· Analyze key digital marketing metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, cost per lead, and more, alerting account teams when wins or roadblocks appear with clarity and suggestions on how to move forward.
· Provide regular insights and reports on digital campaign performance in relation to their goals and be able to talk to performance to clients and internal teams
· Track campaign budgets to ensure appropriate spend is executed each month and that campaigns pace correctly. Provide recommendations on budget allocation between various digital marketing channels to deliver the best results in a timely manner.
· Collaborate with creative, web, content, and client services to successfully develop, execute, review, and measure campaign assets.
·Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies. Provide recommendations for incorporating new strategies or tools into the marketing mix.
·Conversion rate optimization. Identify areas for improvement on digital assets, such as landing pages or websites, to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
· Plan and execute A/B testing on digital campaigns to optimize performance and identify effective strategies. Be prepared to present findings to account stakeholders.
· Assist with the development of engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, ad copy, website copy, and landing page content, as needed
· Continuously improve digital marketing skills through learning and training opportunities, staying up to date with industry changes.
· Work with other teams including account services, content, creative, sales, and PR on execution of national digital marketing services. Keep team members up to date on requests, tasks, and performance on an ongoing basis.
· Conduct in-platform, keyword, and competitor research to advise the expansion of our tactics.

What we look for
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field from an accredited university.
- At least 3 year professional experience in digital marketing, content creation, or related roles supporting SEO and SEM initiatives (internships not included)
- Solid understanding of PPC and Social Media.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with the ability to contribute fresh ideas to campaigns.
- Team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a dynamic digital marketing team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in the following digital marketing platforms and social media management tools:
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Ads, Meta Facebook & Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
