Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese (required).
- Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Related work experience is a plus.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Accurate data entry, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word at an entry to intermediate level; experience with SAP is a plus.
- Highly confidential, detail-oriented, efficient, and able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Process, verify, and review accounts payable invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Manage daily payment activities.
- Maintain account ledgers, post account transactions, process check requests, ensure invoice approvals, and respond to vendor inquiries.
- Develop and enhance internal processes within the department.
- Perform other duties as assigned by managers.
