The Role

We’re looking for a Founding Tech Software Developer to join our core team in a part‑time, equity‑only capacity. You’ll help architect and build the MVP of our next‑generation platform.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement mobile and web front‑ends using React Native & React

• Build and maintain back‑end services with Java & Spring Boot

• Model, query, and optimize data in Firebase

• Deploy and manage services on Google Cloud Platform

• Establish CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows via GitHub

• Collaborate closely with design and product teams to turn wireframes into polished user experiences

• Troubleshoot, profile, and optimize application performance end‑to‑end

What We’re Looking For

• 3 years of hands‑on experience with React and React Native

• Strong Java and Spring Boot background, with production‑grade RESTful APIs

• Expertise in NoSQL data modeling and real‑time services using Firebase

• Familiarity with GCP services (Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, Firestore, etc.)

• Experience setting up GitHub‑based CI/CD (Actions, workflows, branching strategies)

• Passion for fashion tech, marketplaces, or B2B platforms

• Self‑starter mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration

• Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit
