Project Introduction
9th Way Insignia is looking for a Business Analyst to support the Veterans Administration (VA) Office of Inspector General (OIG) requirement for comprehensive support in project management, business process reengineering, requirements analysis, and expert-level SharePoint (SP) and Power Platform (PP) subject matter expertise. This includes support from developers skilled in SharePoint architecture and implementation to support Microsoft's application lifecycle management. The work will focus on redesigning and migrating existing SharePoint on-premises applications to SharePoint Online (SPO) and the Power Platform, including the development and modernization of business processes.
Professional Level
The Business Analyst aligns with the Level 3 Consultant professional level. A Senior Consultant will provide expert advice and guidance in managing major programs and ensuring appropriate levels of visibility and tracking.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Develop functional specifications and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement system changes.
- Perform data analysis to support business decisions and strategies.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visual presentations to communicate findings.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure system functionality meets business needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive business discussions and project progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

61,181—$85,000 USD
