- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through regular communication and visits
- Present and demonstrate products or services to customers, highlighting their features and benefits
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to secure sales agreements
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage and update customer accounts in Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
```Requirements```
- Proven experience in technical sales or a related field
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Experience in account management or outside sales is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with technology sales and solutions is desirable
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
