Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Field Fence Installation Trainer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for training new and existing employees on best practices for installing various types of fencing, including chain link, wood, vinyl, and field fencing. Your expertise will ensure that our teams uphold the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive hands-on training programs for field fence installation.
• Instruct teams on proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure trainees understand and adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
• Evaluate the performance of trainees, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and improve curriculum.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and installation techniques.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor diverse teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel to different job sites as required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications but not required:

• OSHA certification or knowledge of safety standards.
• Experience in fence installation, preferably in a leadership or training role.
• knowledge of various fencing materials and installation methods.
