Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily walk through of jobs
- Communicate with field staff
- Identify and resolve on-site issues
- Coordination with field staff to meet project deadlines
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications and project plans
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory role in construction.
- Team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work outdoors in various conditions and travel as needed.
