We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations and Finance Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations, overseeing our fleet of vehicles, maintaining safety certifications, and managing financial processes such as accounts payable and receivable. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage the company’s fleet of vehicles, including maintenance schedules, registrations, and tracking usage.
- Ensure all safety certifications and compliance requirements are up to date.
- Review and process accounts payable and accounts receivable with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies in financial transactions.
- Develop and maintain operational and financial reports for leadership review.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Support other operational and administrative tasks as needed.
