About Us: A-1 Mechanical & Electric is a leading HVAC and Electrical subcontractor in Las Vegas.

Salary: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (In-Office Only)

About Us:

We are a fast-growing HVAC company dedicated to providing top-tier service to our clients. We're currently looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position that plays a vital role in managing our financial operations and supporting our continued growth.

Responsibilities:

• Process and post customer payments accurately in ServiceTitan and QuickBooks
• Monitor accounts for non-payment, delayed payment, and other irregularities
• Prepare and send invoices, statements, and collection notices
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and resolve billing issues
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate A/R reports
• Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure accurate billing
• Support monthly closing and reporting processes
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
  
  

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role
• Proficient in ServiceTitan and QuickBooks (required)
• Experience in the HVAC industry or a related service-based field
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Subject to background check and drug screening
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience using Service Titan, QuickBooks, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
