Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of residential plumbers, providing guidance and support to maximize their potential.
- Oversee all aspects of the residential plumbing service department, including scheduling, resource allocation, and project management.
- Ensure the timely and efficient completion of plumbing service calls, repairs, and installations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement training and development programs to enhance the team's skills.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the plumbing department, emphasizing exceptional service, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with other department managers to streamline operations, optimize resource utilization, and enhance overall customer experience.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship, ensuring compliance with industry standards, local codes, and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the department's performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team to promote continuous learning and growth.
- Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies, ensuring they are well-maintained and readily available for service calls.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to attract new customers.
