WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
Your typical schedule will be Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm.
As a Commercial Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities within the commercial and industrial sectors. By cultivating lasting relationships with key decision-makers as well as engaging in commercial business associations and networking events, you will have the chance to showcase our top-notch services and establish our brand as a leader in the industry.
Your expertise in developing tailored sales strategies that align with company goals will drive revenue growth. Utilizing CRM tools, you will implement effective follow-up processes to ensure no opportunity is missed. Collaboration with internal teams will be key to executing a cohesive business development strategy that drives success for our organization.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in commercial business development, with a preference for those experienced in our industry
- Proficiency in CRM software and strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to travel within the LA and OC areas. Travel outside of this area is
sometimes required.
