As a Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher, you are the heartbeat of our company! All clients and plumbers are funneled through you for their scheduling needs. You answer incoming phone calls to schedule or reschedule appointments and help customers with anything else they may need. Using your excellent customer service skills, you build a great rapport with each client. You then assign jobs to the right technicians. Your goal is to provide prompt, convenient service as well as to maximize our field technicians' time and mileage.
