We are seeking a Full/Part Time Bookkeeper who is self-motivated, well organized and technologically savvy. As part of a small, dynamic team you will have a broad range of responsibilities. Responsibilities include:
* Handling A/R and A/P
* Bank reconciliation
* Reconciling Invoices
* Maintaining inventory system
* Customer data management
* Perform data entry and administrative duties
* Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* An associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting
* Strong communication, organizational, time management, problem-solving, and mathematical skills
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
* High ethical standards
* Hands-on experience with spreadsheets
* Excellent time management skills
* Proficiency in computers, QuickBooks Online, shared file systems, and Microsoft Office
* Being a team player, having a strong work ethic, and being adaptable to changing financial needs within the company can contribute to success in this role
