What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Account Manager – Behavioral Health Services position at A&A Health Services?
We’re seeking an Account Manager to join our corporate team to further develop and increase contract relationships primarily with public entities (Counties and States). This position reports to the Director, Outreach and is office based in Alamo, CA (not remote).
We’re a growing company that provides transitional housing and resident centered care / wraparound services for clients suffering from mental health, and / or dual diagnosis.
Responsibilities
- Increase and cultivate county (the “customer”) loyalty and retention, by working closely as a liaison with the Admissions and Business Development teams to nurture and grow existing contractual relationships.
- Deliver additional value to counties, by coordinating in-service sessions and through continual, organized follow up customer outreach.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships through persistent contact actions to generate incremental admissions (beyond current referral sources), as well as identifying new avenues of referrals to increase current referral streams.
- Maintain customer contacts and activities in CRM database.
