Job Title: Septic Pump Truck Driver Operator – CDL A (Highly Preferred) or CDL B

We are seeking an experienced Septic Pump Truck Driver Operator with a valid CDL A or CDL B to join our Septic Service Team at our Lake Stevens Yard. Location: Lake Stevens, Marysville, Snohomish

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour Commission and Bonus Opportunities
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate commercial VAC trucks with 10-18 speed manual transmissions for septic waste removal
• Use in-truck technology for dispatch, documentation, and daily reporting
• Provide superior customer service while interacting with residential clients
• Work independently and collaboratively to complete service tasks
• Troubleshoot systems effectively with an analytical mindset
• Perform ongoing physical labor throughout your shift
• Maintain dependable transportation and flexibility for varying scheduling demands, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Handle tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Show a willingness to pursue ongoing education and certifications
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL A or CDL B (CDL A highly preferred)
• Tanker endorsement (Required)
• Must be 23 years or older for insurability purposes
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and road test
• Strong willingness to learn and work in varied conditions
• Must be able to obtain required certifications (WOSSA) throughout employment
• Ability to perform continuous physical labor
• Interest in continuous improvement through training and development

Work Location: Local – Pierce County and South King County (servicing Lake Stevens, Marysville, Snohomish)

• Tanker: 1 year (Required).
• Septic or related field experience (Required).

License/Certification:

• CDL (Required).
• Tanker Endorsement (Required).
