Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Runner to ensure our technicians and job sites stay fully stocked and operating efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a valid drivers license, a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), be at least 23 years old for insurance purposes, and be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver equipment, tools, and materials to job sites and technicians.
- Maintain an organized inventory of commonly used parts and accurately document pickups and drop-offs.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Coordinate with project managers, technicians, dispatch, and staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and keep the company vehicle in good condition.
- Keep detailed records of deliveries, receipts, and inventory transactions.
- Assist in warehouse duties, including stocking, organizing, and pulling orders as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies while making deliveries and working in the field.
- Support general job site tasks when needed.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must be at least 23 years old (for insurance purposes).
- Valid drivers license with a clean MVR.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, and carrying heavy objects.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of basic hand tools.
- Ability to efficiently navigate routes using GPS.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in warehousing, construction, or septic services is preferred but not required.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Regularly required to drive, lift, carry, and transport materials.
- Work in a warehouse, job site, and outdoor environments with varying conditions.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environments.

Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts (Day shift).
- Monday - Friday
