Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Runner to ensure our technicians and job sites stay fully stocked and operating efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a valid drivers license, a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), be at least 23 years old for insurance purposes, and be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver equipment, tools, and materials to job sites and technicians.
• Maintain an organized inventory of commonly used parts and accurately document pickups and drop-offs.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Coordinate with project managers, technicians, dispatch, and staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and keep the company vehicle in good condition.
• Keep detailed records of deliveries, receipts, and inventory transactions.
• Assist in warehouse duties, including stocking, organizing, and pulling orders as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies while making deliveries and working in the field.
• Support general job site tasks when needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must be at least 23 years old (for insurance purposes).
• Valid drivers license with a clean MVR.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, and carrying heavy objects.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools.
• Ability to efficiently navigate routes using GPS.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in warehousing, construction, or septic services is preferred but not required.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to drive, lift, carry, and transport materials.
• Work in a warehouse, job site, and outdoor environments with varying conditions.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environments.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts (Day shift).
• Monday - Friday
