Job Summary:
You will be part of a team of CSRs assisting customers over the phone and in person with their insurance needs. As a CSR you are responsible for advocating for our customers in effort to resolve their issues in a professional manner.
Those who like to talk, are outgoing and friendly, communicate well and enjoy working with customers are the ones who succeed! You will be trained to become competent in billing and customer service as well as navigate multiple insurance carrier websites. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am-8:00pm (varying shifts) as well as alternating Saturdays from 9:00am- 3:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming phone calls promptly and professionally,
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and policy-related questions with accuracy and clarity.
- Process payments from customers
- Process policy changes for customers

Requirements:
· You must be friendly and provide professional service with a smile, strong customer service skills are a must!
· Must be organized and competent navigating multiple computer screens and websites, think multi-tasking
· Enjoy working as part of a team
· Possess a strong willingness to work hard and sometimes long hours to get the job done
· Ability to commute to Worcester, MA
Education/Experience:
· Ideal candidate has at least 3 years of customer service/retail experience
· Candidates with prior insurance agency experience are preferred
· Base pay based on experience

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
