Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Data Management : Analyze, process, and manipulate customer data in various formats to ensure it meets the required specifications for production.
- Automation : Design, write, and maintain batch and PowerShell scripts to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
- Mailing Jobs : Proficiently manage direct mail jobs using software such as FirstLogic or BCC, including tasks like data cleansing, postal presorting, and output file creation in formats such as DBF, CSV, Fixed Length, and Line Data.
- Quality Control : Ensure data accuracy and consistency, identify gaps in provided documentation, and seek clarification as needed.
- Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of project progress and completion for future reference and compliance.
- Collaboration : Work closely with team members to improve processes and tools that increase productivity and quality.
- Customer Service : Provide exceptional service to both internal and external clients by understanding their needs and delivering high-quality results.
- Project Management : Effectively manage multiple projects, balancing priorities to meet deadlines and production requirements.
- Reporting : Complete project billing and reporting on time, ensuring accuracy.
- Other Duties : Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management, including occasional overtime to meet production deadlines.
Requirements :
Salary Range : $45,000 to $60,000 based on experience and qualifications
