Description
An Account Manager is responsible for the customer service of all accounts that are assigned to the routes in the Sallisaw, Poteau, Roland, Wilburton areas. These duties include, inventory of backstock, proper rotation of all products, checking all POS in the account to ensure it is up to date and accurate, selling in new products to customer, achieving monthly sales goals, and providing the best customer service possible.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and attend sales promos
- Maintains “look of the leader” overall appearance in the market
- Ensuring A&B branded POCM (Point of Connection Material) outnumber or match that of the competition
- Track sales and ensure costumer has plenty of our items in stock and ready for immediate consumption
- Execute National and Regional Priority Programs
- Execute Game Plan Priority Calendar with customers
- Build and form new partnerships with potential retailers
- Follows all requirements written in handbook
- Working with Draft Tech and/or Route Driver to ensure customer service standards are being met
- Proven ability to build rapport with clients
Requirements
Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
- Must be 21 years of age or older with a Valid Driver’s license
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as a demonstrated ability to utilize sales applications within ERP software (i.e. Encompass).
- 1 customer service, retail, sales, or service industry experience
- Familiarity with a variety of sales platforms
Preferred:
- BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 1 years’ prior experience selling to the off-premise market
- 2 years customer service or sales experience in the beverage alcohol industry
- 2 years’ experience with Sales, sales platforms, and service industry
