- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and sewer lines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of plumbing systems.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and industry standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and completed projects.
- Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics, basements).
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
- Ability to work at heights, such as on ladders or scaffolding.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions for outdoor plumbing tasks.
- Manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform hands-on plumbing tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Plumbing certification or relevant technical training.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing service and repair.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
