Monroe Christian School in Rochester, PA is looking for one remote call center agent to join our team. We are located on 484 Mecklem Ave. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities
Customer Assistance : Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, billing, or technical issues.Issue Resolution : Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively by identifying the root cause and providing appropriate solutions or alternatives.Outbound Calls : Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or promotional campaigns, as assigned.Order Processing : Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and handling cancellations.Accurate Documentation : Record customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the CRM system.Product Knowledge : Stay updated on company products, services, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.Quality Standards : Meet or exceed call handling metrics, including average handle time, call resolution, and customer satisfaction.Team Collaboration : Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve escalated issues or improve processes.Adherence to Policies : Maintain compliance with company guidelines, confidentiality protocols, and industry regulations.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport with customers.Customer Service Focus : Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.Tech-Savviness : Proficiency with call center software, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk), and communication tools (e.g., VoIP systems).Time Management : Ability to multitask, prioritize calls, and work efficiently in a remote environment.Adaptability : Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and handling challenging customer interactions with professionalism.Remote Work Readiness : Reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Slack.Experience : Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or related role is preferred but not required.Education : High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service training or certifications are a plus.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in a remote call center environment.Multilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases.Knowledge of specific tools or platforms relevant to the industry (e.g., e-commerce platforms, billing systems).Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, if required.We are looking forward to receiving your application. Available shifts and compensation : We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $26.00 - $35.00 / hour.
