We serve approximately 15 patients per day at our Decatur clinic and we need a well-spoken, confident, yet compassionate Scheduling Coordinator to manage the front desk and phone lines.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Scheduling Coordinator at A Beacon of Hope Women's Center, Inc. located in Decatur, GA. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for managing phone calls, appointment scheduling, and providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling experience
- Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
