Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialty Roof Repairman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in repairing, maintaining, and installing various types of roofs, including but not limited to, slate, and tile. This role requires a strong understanding of roofing systems, attention to detail, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities-
Roof Repair:
- Inspect and assess roof conditions to confirm necessary repairs
- Perform repairs on a variety of roofing systems.
Installation:
- Install specialty roofing materials with precision and expertise.
- Ensure all installations meet industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
Leak Detection and Repair:
- Identify sources of leaks and other roofing issues.
- Implement effective repair solutions to prevent future issues.
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Customer Interaction:
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other team members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 of experience in specialty roof repair and installation.
- Proficiency in working with various roofing materials, including slate and tile.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.
- Comfort with working on roofs at significant heights.
- Capability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits:
