Overview:
The A.C. Coy Company is currently seeking candidates for a Technical Program Manager role. This individual will act as a bridge between the CTO and the corporate Development, Engineering, and Support teams, ensuring that cross-functional projects are delivered successfully. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a technical background in software development and engineering, capable of managing day-to-day operations while providing the CTO with high-level insights through dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities:
- Cross-Team Coordination: Manage and oversee cross-functional projects involving Development, Engineering, and Support teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and timely delivery of milestones
- Task Management & Accountability: Hold team managers and contributors accountable for deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards, stepping in to resolve blockers and escalate issues as needed
- KPI Tracking & Dashboards: Design, implement, and maintain CTO-level dashboards to monitor critical KPIs (e.g., system uptime, feature delivery timelines, support resolution rates), providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between the CTO and internal teams, as well as with other C-suite executives (CEO, CRO, COO), translating technical updates into concise, business-focused reports
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency, collaboration, and output.
- Tactical Support: Offload day-to-day operational and administrative tasks from the CTO, enabling focus on visionary leadership and strategic initiatives
Required:
- 5 years of experience in a project management or operations management role within a SaaS, software development, or engineering environment
- High-level understanding of SaaS architecture, software development lifecycles (e.g., Agile, DevOps), and engineering principles; comfortable engaging with technical teams without needing to code
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Strong organizational and task-management abilities, with a proven track record of driving projects to completion
- KPI-driven mindset with experience building dashboards or reports
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana,) and collaboration platforms (Slack, Microsoft Teams, M365)
Preferred:
- Any experience working with VoIP, UCaaS, or telecommunications technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related discipline
- PMP certification
- Scrum Master certification
Salary : $120,000 - $135,000
