The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Deskside Support Technician. Ideal candidates must have 3 years of deskside support experience with Windows 10 Operating System, O365 application support and Active Directory familiarity.
Responsibilities
- Provide deskside support to end users in a manufacturing environment consisting of standard PC hardware and software troubleshooting
- Interface with a service desk and a customer IT support team to achieve deliverables supporting the end users
- Provide a timely resolution to support requests
- Providing a high level of quality customer service
- Overtime or off-hour work when needed
Qualifications
Education:
- Associate degree in Computer Science
Experience Required:
Deskside support experience - 3 years
- Hardware, software, printing, networking and file share troubleshooting - 3 years
- Windows 10 experience - 3 years
- Microsoft Office 365 support - 3 years
- Service Now or related ITSM ticketing tool experience - 3 years
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, asset tracking, user ID creation - 3 years
- Experience with support and administration of network phones (VoIP system) - 3 years
- Understanding of Symantec Virus Scan software
