What are the responsibilities and job description for the Deskside Support Technician position at eJangar?
We are seeking skilled professionals to support our EUC Hands and Feet operations.
Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent progressive experience is required. We also consider candidates with three years of experience in the specialty, waiving one year of education for every year of work experience.
Maintenance of a minimum 2-3 years of experience in EUC Hands and Feet Support is essential.
US citizens and Green Card holders authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply, as we are unable to sponsor at this time.
Essential Skills
- EUC H&F Concierge Engineer: At least 2 years of experience in EUC H&F Support (End User Compute Deskside Support)
- Support and troubleshooting of Windows 10 Operating System and Microsoft O365 applications
- Good customer handling skills and prior experience in Concierge (VIP Users) support
- Installation, troubleshooting, and repair of desktop/laptop issues (both hardware/software)
- Basic troubleshooting of Conference devices/Projectors/Meeting room facilitation
- SCCM client end installation & troubleshooting knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Networking and Active Directory
- A customer-centric approach with the right attitude
- Documentation of all support activity within the IT Incident and request fulfillment tool (Preferred SNOW)
Work Environment
This is a full-time onsite position requiring 100% presence at our client office in Burlington, VT, US.
