Entry Level Manager Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of promotional campaigns to convey the benefits of our client’s products and services.
- Interacting directly with customers in a friendly and professional manner to foster strong relationships and drive brand loyalty.
- Setting a positive example for team members by exhibiting professionalism, organization, and punctuality.
- Providing constructive criticism and guidance to fellow team members to ensure operations are streamlined and company goals are achieved.
- Tracking KPIs and sales data to ensure customer acquisition targets are met, and providing feedback to senior management and clients.
Entry Level Manager Desired Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a leadership, management, sales, sports or team-centric role is highly desired.
- Ability to deescalate issues as they arise and overcome obstacles quickly
- Strong communication skills when interacting with clients, customers and teammates.
- Desire to excel personally and professionally and develop new skills.
- Passion for helping others succeed and contributing to their growth.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
