Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair paving and construction equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Maintain service logs and repair records
- Ensure safety and performance standards are met
- Graduate from a technical school that can provide certifications.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and on job sites
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
