Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, proactive and friendly Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent front desk support and administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization.
Duties
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as needed.
- Support team members with various projects as needed.
- Basic Computer Knowledge Required.
- Utilize Google Suite and other software tools for document creation, communication, and organization.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as handling correspondence, copying, faxing, scanning.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize workload efficiently.
- Proficient computer literacy with experience in Google Suite applications.
- Experience in front desk operations or similar roles is preferred.
- Ability to perform data entry with high accuracy.
