Early Learning Center Floating Teacher
We are seeking two dedicated Classroom Floating Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and creating a nurturing learning environment for students. Two shifts will be available - 7:30am - 4:30 and 8:30-5:30. Ideal candidate will be able to work with all ages, Infants through Pre-K and be able to jump in and assist where and when needed.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning
- Manage classroom activities and behavior effectively
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and student welfare
- Utilize effective communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Two years of documented working experience with children
- Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning
- Experience with behavior management and classroom organization
- Knowledge of literacy education principles
- Strong classroom management skills
Must be friendly, outgoing and nurturing!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
