We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. In this role, you'll do much more than answer phones—you'll be helping customers choose the perfect shower products, guiding them through glass-related services, and providing estimates before we schedule our team to get to work. You'll also be managing orders for custom glass and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities:
Be the First Face Our Customers See:
- Greet customers and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Answer calls, emails, and assist walk-in clients, helping them find the right solutions for their home improvement needs.
- Sell shower products and glass services, giving customers all the info they need to make informed choices.
Provide Estimates and Schedule Jobs:
- Create accurate estimates for shower installations, custom glass, and other services, making sure all details are clear and complete.
- Help schedule on-site visits and installations, coordinating with both customers and our team to ensure everything runs on time.
Place Glass Orders and Track Glass Inquiries:
- Take customer orders for custom glass products, like custom glass cuts, and place order in our warehouse.
- Keep track of order statuses and make sure everything arrives on time—if there are any issues, you'll keep the customer in the loop and make sure they’re taken care of.
Support the Team with Admin Tasks:
- Keep the front desk area organized and presentable for customers.
- Handle general admin tasks like managing customer information, filing, and updating records.
- Help with any other administrative needs as they arise.
Deliver Outstanding Customer Service:
- Make sure every customer feels heard and valued, from the first phone call to the final installation.
- Address any customer concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring they have a positive experience every time they interact with us.
- Follow up with customers after their service is completed to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required (a degree is a plus!).
- Experience in customer service or sales is great, but we’re happy to train the right person.
- Strong communication skills—both on the phone and in person.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle a few tasks at once.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.) and comfort with office equipment.
- An interest in home improvement or knowledge about showers and glass products is a bonus.
- Friendly, professional, and able to work well with customers and team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of glass products, shower systems, and installation processes.
- Experience using CRM System.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
- Previous experience working with vendors or suppliers to place custom orders.
- Ability to handle sensitive or confidential customer information.
