A Closer Bond, the area’s most exciting pet care business, is seeking a full-time, enthusiastic Reservation Specialist. A Closer Bond is a state-of-the-art dog training, boarding, and enrichment center and was voted 2024 Best Dog Training Facility by the Daily Herald! We provide high-quality services including professional dog training, pet lodging, enrichment-based doggie daycare, and grooming.

The Reservation Specialist will handle incoming calls from current and prospective clients, promote our award-winning services, book reservations, and ensure exceptional customer service. No cold calls! Work hands-on with our guests doing enrichment activities, walks in the park, and more.
Some inside sales success is preferred. Candidates who are successful in this position may have previous experience as a retail sales representative, sales associate, inbound sales representative, receptionist, or reservation agent.

Duties
- Answer incoming calls, voicemails, and emails in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner
- Utilizing the company’s proven sales process which ensures overall success
- Providing accurate and concise information to clients utilizing the tools provided
- Handling reservation confirmations in a timely manner, along with service changes & add-ons
- Greeting clients and their pet(s) in a warm and enthusiastic manner
