Job Summary :
Leads and manages all lending activities, including consumer and commercial loan production, ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements. Develops a sales-driven culture focused on relationship-based sales and service excellence. Oversees lending officers, enhances loan products, and contributes to senior management committees. Responsible for identifying and optimizing service fee income sources while maintaining the integrity and profitability of the loan portfolio.
Essential Duties :
- Serve as a key member of senior management and participate in loan and strategic planning committees.
- Develop and implement sales policies, programs, and objectives to drive loan growth.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team focused on customer relationship management and business development.
- Establish and sustain a results-driven sales culture across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, including AML, BSA, OFAC, and lending laws.
- Oversee loan origination, credit approval, and risk assessment processes to ensure sound lending practices.
- Engage in community and business development efforts to enhance market presence.
- Direct the activities of lending officers, ensuring adherence to risk management policies and best practices.
- Conduct performance evaluations, hiring, training, and development of lending staff.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and ensure adherence to security policies.
