Duties & Responsibilities
- Calling potential clients
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with mortgage broker accounts
- Educate brokers on A&D Mortgages products and policies & procedures to ensure all loan files are complete and within guidelines
- Acting as your client's go-to resource for guidance and solutions
- Delivering up-to-the-minute information about the latest products, resources, and industry updates
- Championing your brokers and striving to make every loan a success story
- Building and managing a strong pipeline of loans to meet and exceed sales goals
- Monitoring the performance of accounts in your pipeline
- Tracking contacts in the companys CRM
- Maintains sales contact, pipeline, and other pertinent sales activity reports
- Adds value by working directly with brokers and loan officers on marketing programs
- Stay abreast of underwriting guidelines and program changes
- Provide ongoing service and support to brokers
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software program
- Organized with great attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
